1. Introduction

Exogram ("we," "our," "us") provides an AI Execution Control Plane. Our fundamental privacy principle is: we evaluate agent actions, we do not train on your data. This Privacy Policy describes how we process information when you use our services.

2. No Model Training Guarantee

We do not use customer data, prompt injections, vault contents, or execution logs to train, fine-tune, or improve any foundational AI models. Your data remains yours.

3. Information We Collect

We collect Account Information (email, billing details), Vault Data (facts, assertions, and constraints you explicitly save), and Execution Logs (proposed actions submitted for admissibility checks).

4. Data Processing & Storage

All Vault Data and Execution Logs are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data associated with the "Meaning Engine" is converted to embeddings but retains original textual references for auditability.

5. Third-Party Agents & Models

Exogram does not share your data with LLM vendors (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) unless you explicitly authorize a connection via an API key where Exogram acts as a passthrough.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Customers can delete their Vault Data at any time. Cryptographic audit logs of executed actions may be retained subject to customer retention policies for compliance purposes.
