Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Exogram's AI Execution Control Plane, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Exogram provides infrastructure for evaluating autonomous agent actions. We do not provide the agents or the foundational AI models. We provide the constraint engine and audit ledger.

3. Liability & Indemnification

While Exogram evaluates actions against specific constraints, you remain entirely responsible for the actions your autonomous agents execute. Exogram relies on the accuracy of the rules and facts you provide. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY AGENT EXECUTION.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Free and Pro tier users receive commercially reasonable efforts for uptime. Enterprise users are subject to specific SLA contracts defined in their Master Service Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Exogram to govern agents intended for malicious purposes, illegal activities, or circumvention of security controls.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
